. . . and alas I join the ocean that is Internet Blogging

It seemed even to me that for someone who writes as much as I do that perhaps the fact that I don't have a blog might be considered strange. I, in my ultimate wisdom felt that by venturing into the world of online bloggary (Is that a word?) would be roughly the equivalent of me spitting in the rain, after all everyone and their illiterate cat seem to have an online blog, but apparently ranting on and on about all the small things that irk me by using my Facebook status just doesn't seem to fulfil me as much as it used to, so here I am. As this is the first time out I’m going to keep this short as the sun is starting to rise and what started out as a small tweaking of my website has turned into a full blown rewrite.

So here’s to my new site, my new blog and of course to you. The thousands of faithful readers (I have a vivid imagination . . . that's probably why I write so much) let’s hope this doesn’t all end in tears.

Oh, here . . . have a quote, ah you know you want to . . .

"There are three rules for writing the novel. Unfortunately, no one knows what they are." -W. Somerset Maugham

Till next time.
